Tesco Internet phone lets you use your existing broadband connection to make calls over the internet to both UK and international numbers-at much lower rates. And calls to other Tesco Internet Phone customers are FREE.
It's quick and easy to install it yourself and you get an extra phone line at home without paying line rental.
3 simple steps
All you need is an existing broadband connection* and PC. If you sign up to a call plan that requires a debit or credit card, you will also need to be over 18.
Then follow these 3 simple steps:
- Buy a Tesco Internet Phone online (link to products page) or pick one up in-store. The pack will include your new Phone as well as everything you need to get started.
- Then register your details, select your phone number and then choose the call plan you want, plus any add-ons.
- Follow the installation guide to set up your phone. That's it! You're ready to start calling.
Some Tesco Internet Phone devices let you make calls from any broadband PC in the world! You can use your PC, the internet and email during calls, and (depending on your devices) your computer may not need to be switched on to make and receive calls. If you're not there or your computer is off, callers can leave you a message-and collecting your voicemails is FREE.
Choosing your call plan
It's easy to put together the service that suits your lifestyle and your pocket-and to keep track of what you're spending and we have now reduced the cost of our Off-Peak UK, Anytime UK and Anytime World call plans.
Not only is it cheaper to make internet calls, but you can save loads more by choosing one of four simple call plans and the add-ons that suit you best. It's easy to tailor-make your service, depending on when you make your calls and whether you make a lot of calls to mobiles or overseas. When friends and family have Tesco Internet Phones (anywhere in the world), calls between you are FREE. And for extra flexibility, you can move between call-plans, buy or discard add-ons, or even opt out after three months. Choose a call plan:

Choose an add-on
Add-ons help you get even more flexibility and value for money from your Tesco internet phone. You can buy these on a one-off basis, which just last for a month, or an ongoing basis (which last until you cancel them).
There are 2 types of add-on to choose from:
- mobile add-on, which can be added to any of the call plans, giving you up to 25% off all calls to UK mobiles. Find out more.

They let you stay in touch with family and friends abroad more often for less, with up to 5 hours of lower-rate call-time to selected destinations, including mobile numbers for some countries.
