Moving home and moving your broadband connection

If you wish to move your broadband to another location, please call 0845 6508000 at least 7 days before you move and inform us of the following information:

Your old address (including telephone number)
Your new address (including telephone number)
The date that you are moving

Note: You must have obtained the new telephone number and date of line activation before calling us.

Moving your broadband to another location can take up to 30 days to process.
